Exhibition Overview

Exhibition Overview:
The plastics and paints we use every day are derived from petroleum and cannot be naturally decomposed by microorganisms, remaining for hundreds of years and causing marine pollution, and even when incinerated, they emit a lot of CO2, accelerating global warming, and currently have a major impact on the global environment. For the future, it is necessary to reduce the use of plastics and paints and to recycle them, but environmentally friendly products are still not widespread in the world. This time, we will exhibit total environmentally friendly products from materials to surface treatment, as well as surface treatment products for soft materials that are difficult to process, to promote SDGs efforts such as increasing the market use of environmentally friendly materials and paints and recycling them, and once again promote the strong technological capabilities of Made in Japan to the world.

Exhibit Contents

・Gold School Bag、Gold baseball glove、Silver boxing gloves (vacuum evaporation on leather)
・Coasters made from bamboo (When combined, they become one ukiyo-e print.)
・Earth-friendly tumbler (Both the material and paint are plant-based)
・Peelable paint (Can be separated and reused)
・Vases and cups made from ash generated during garbage incineration (Reusing what would otherwise be discarded)

Experience & Highlights:
We will actually vacuum-deposit (attach metal) to baseball gloves and other items made of soft materials such as rubber and leather, and have visitors actually touch them to be amazed at how metal can bend, and experience products with vibrant colors and brightness that have never been seen before. We want visitors to touch and feel the products, which are made of environmentally friendly materials but have the same strength, weight, and color as plastics.

Our Vision and Future Goals

At the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo, we will exhibit products based on the concept of "Color x Environment x New Technology" and actively communicate our contribution to achieving the SDGs, Japan's technological capabilities, and new ideas, proposing and realizing the theme of the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion, "Reborn, Reborn, Taking a New Step."
