中川　智子 氏／Ms. NAKAGAWA Tomoko

神戸市外国語大学卒業後、株式会社ロイヤルホテル入社。同社における初のセールスレディを経て、2017年株式会社ロイヤルホテル執行役員。同年、大阪商工会議所「大阪サクヤヒメ賞」受賞。2019年リーガロイヤルホテル東京代表取締役を経て、2022年リーガロイヤルホテル（大阪）創業以来初の女性総支配人に就任。
After graduating from Kobe City University of Foreign Studies, joined Royal Hotel Ltd. After serving as the company's first-ever female salesperson, she became an executive officer of Royal Hotel Ltd. in 2017. That same year, she was awarded the "Osaka Sakuyahime Award (award for women leaders)", by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce. After serving as the president and representative director of Riga Royal Hotel, Tokyo in 2019, she was appointed as the first-ever female general manager in the history of Riga Royal Hotel, Osaka in 2022.

濵中　陽子 氏／Ms. HAMANAKA Yoko

大学卒業後、2007年に父が経営する株式会社ハマキャストに入社し、広報・人事等の業務に携わる。2019年、父の病気を機に38歳で社長に就任。社内風土改革とIT化に取り組み、トップダウン型経営からの脱却と業務フローのシステム化に取り組むなど挑戦を続けている。2022年　大阪商工会議所「活躍する女性リーダー表彰（ブルーローズ表彰）」受賞。
After graduating from university, she joined Hamacast Corporation, a company managed by her father, in 2007 and worked in various roles including public relations and human resources. In 2019, she was appointed as the company's president at the age of 38 due to her father's illness. She has continuously strived to reform the corporate culture and implement IT, breaking away from the top-down management and working on systematization of work flow. In 2022, she was awarded the "Blue Rose Award (award for women learders)" by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

森田　祥子 氏／Ms. MORITA Sachiko

大学卒業後、新日本監査法人、株式会社シャネルを経て、2007年ヨーロッパ製品に特化した婦人靴を輸入販売する株式会社Terraceを創業。2019年より阪急百貨店にて常設支店を構え、現在は梅田阪急本店に売場を展開。東京、名古屋、神戸を含む各地百貨店でイベントを定期開催。2008年「女性起業家大賞」優秀賞。2009年大阪市きらめき企業賞。
After graduating from university and working at EY Japan and Chanel Co., Ltd., she founded Terrace Inc. in 2007, a company that specializes in importing and selling European women's shoes. Since 2019, she has established a permanent branch at Hankyu Department Store and currently has a sales floor in Umeda Hankyu Main Store. She also regularly hosts events at department stores in various locations including Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kobe. She was awarded "Women Entrepreneur Awards" in 2008 by Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Osaka City Award in 2009.

2025年国際博覧会英国陳列区域政府代表／Commissioner General for the UK at Expo 2025
キャロリン・デービッドソン 氏／Ms. Carolyn DAVIDSON

ブリストル大学近代語学部にて学士号、2010年 オープン・ユニバーシティーにてMBA取得。駐日英国大使館、駐ドイツ英国大使館などを経て、駐ザンビア英国高等弁務官、駐グアテマラ英国大使（兼ホンジュラス英国大使）等を歴任。パートナーのトム・カーター氏とジョブシェアを実施してきた。2021年から在大阪英国総領事。2024年3月から現職。
Obtained Bachelor's degree from the Modern Language Department at the University of Bristol and MBA from the Open University in 2010. She has held positions in the British Embassy in Japan, the British Embassy in Germany, the British High Commissioner in Zambia, and the British Ambassador to Guatemala (and non-resident Ambassador Republic of Honduras). She has been job-sharing with her partner, Mr. Tom Carter. She has served as the British Consul General in Osaka since 2021 and has been in her current position in March 2024.

メラニー・ザクシンガー 氏／Ms. Melanie SAXINGER

パッサウ大学とロンドン大学東洋アフリカ研究学院で政治学と国際関係学を専攻。ドイツ外務省本省（ベルリン）アフリカ局、在東京ドイツ連邦共和国大使館政務部、国連ドイツ連邦共和国代表部（ニューヨーク）、本省人事局人事考課室長兼欧州対外行動局人事室長を経て、2023年9月より現職。パートナーと娘1人と共に駐在。
Majored in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Passau and the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London. She has held positions in the Africa Bureau at the German Federal Foreign Office (Berlin), the Political Department at the German Embassy in Tokyo, the German Permanent Mission to the United Nations (New York), and the Head of Personnel Evaluation Department and Head of Personnel at the European External Action Service. She has been in her current role since September 2023, stationed with her partner and one daughter.

今後、より多くの女性が経営者として社会参画し、幅広い視点を持って
起業や経営に取り組めるよう、ユニークな女性経営者の経営事例や起業、
事業承継などの経験を紹介するとともに、女性リーダーが感じる課題や
求められる支援等について議論します。

パネリストにはドイツ総領事や英国万博代表といった女性外交官を迎え、
海外から見た日本の経営課題等について議論します。
